Order Processing Policy
All glass items, unless specified otherwise, are handmade to order just for you! Because of this artist-direct, custom-made process, orders are processed in the order and category that are placed, and so it can take some time to get your special item completed to ship. General order processing is up-to 7 days.
I do offer Processing timeline upgrades for those who need a higher slot in my worklist for rushed order processing. These are available for selection in applicable item posts. The processing upgrades are guaranteed to ship by either 3-5 days, or 1 24-hour Business day. If I fail to meet this deadline, your order will be refunded the upgrade cost plus 5% of your general item price.

Please note that the Order processing options govern the amount of time your order will process in my wordlist, and is separate from the delivery time after shipping. Domestic orders should add 3-7 days onto their processing timeline to estimate ultimate arrival date.
You may return most new, 100% unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. I will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Items cannot be returned after any use. Use detection will be assessed on all returned items before refunds can be submitted.
Order processing options (General 14-day, 3-5 day, 24-hour and Wholesale) govern the amount of time it will take for your order will be processed to ship. After the processing period, your order will be officially shipped, and you will receive an email shipping notification with tracking information. Domestic orders will arrive in 3-7 days from shipment, Orders shipping to Canada should arrive in 10-12 days from shipment, and other international orders can take 14-30 days depending on your location and customs processes. Customs fees, or VATS, are not included in the product or shipping prices, and may need to be paid upon delivery.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. You are required to be knowledgable of, and adhere to, the laws governing your recipient location.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page; please note that these are delivery estimates, and are on top of the processing time for your order.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
