I first learned about humble pride glass through their Instagram and immediately fell in love with their unique pieces! I decided to order this as a gift for my sister’s birthday and when it arrived in the mail, it was beautiful! The only problem was I had ordered a flat bottomed version and a rounded bottom arrived. I then contacted humble pride glass to rectify the situation; they responded immediately and told me a new piece would be made and delivered ASAP! My sister loves her new piece and I love mine (of course I asked her if I could have the rounded bottom version!)! I was so pleased with the service I received and cannot recommend this artist more.
